How PDF to PowerPoint Works
This tool builds a genuine .pptx file — a real Office Open XML presentation that PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote open natively — with one slide per page of your PDF, sized to standard widescreen.
What you get, precisely. Each page is rendered at high resolution and placed on its slide as a full-bleed image. That means the slides look exactly like your PDF, and you can reorder them, add speaker notes, animate transitions, and present from them.
What it is not. The text on each slide is part of the image, so it is not individually editable as text boxes. Rebuilding a fixed page into separate editable shapes is guesswork that usually produces a mess; a faithful image is more useful than a scrambled approximation. If you need the words, run PDF to Wordand paste them in.
Privacy. Your deck is assembled in this browser tab and never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Is the output a real PowerPoint file?
Yes. It builds a genuine .pptx presentation that PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote open natively, with one slide per PDF page at standard widescreen size.
Can I edit the text on the slides?
No — each page is placed on its slide as a full-bleed image, so the slides look exactly like your PDF but the text is part of the picture. You can still reorder slides, add speaker notes, apply transitions and present from the deck. If you need the words as text, run PDF to Word and paste them in.
Why not convert the text into editable boxes?
Reconstructing a fixed page as separate editable shapes is guesswork and usually produces a mess of misaligned fragments. A faithful image is more useful than a scrambled approximation.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Every tool here runs inside your browser tab using JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your file is read from disk into memory, processed on your own device, and the result is handed straight back to you. Nothing is transmitted, nothing is stored, and nothing is deleted afterwards because nothing ever arrived.
Is it really free, and do I need an account?
Yes, and no account is needed. There is no trial period, no watermark, no daily conversion cap and no premium tier. The site is supported by advertising.
